- ¾ cup milk
- 1 medium banana fresh or frozen
- ½ cup blueberries fresh or frozen
- ¼ cup mango fresh or frozen
- 2 teaspoon lime juice
- 2-3 ice cubes optional
- 1 scoop plant-based or whey protein powder optional
For any fresh fruit you are using, cut them into bite-sized pieces.
